Authors are not allowed to submit Journal Manuscripts to journal publishers elsewhere before there is a rejection answer (Riject) from jisicom manager /editor (Journal of Information System, Informatics and Computing). The Manager / Editor reminds all prospective authors that we only accept submissions of paper / Journal Manuscripts derived from original research from authors, not from plagiarism of research results from other researchers.
